Lift and Realign Sunken Concrete
Sunken concrete can create trip hazards, drainage problems, and uneven transitions even when the slab itself is still usable. Our restoration-first process works beneath the slab to rebuild support and carefully raise the concrete toward a safer alignment.
How the Slab Lifting Process Works
- Inspect the settlement. We look at the sunken slab, neighboring concrete, transitions, and overall condition.
- Drill small access holes. Small openings allow us to place supporting material beneath the slab.
- Inject our custom mineral-based mix. The material fills underlying voids and creates support as the slab is carefully lifted.
- Realign and finish. We bring the slab back toward the proper position, then seal the access holes with a matching repair mix.
